Yafeu Reviews: Geraldine’s Counter

Geraldine's Counter Lunch

I went to Geraldine’s Counter with my friends Annie, Theo, my aunt, and my two cousins.

I have been to Geraldine’s Counter with my Grandpa and Grandma before. There were funny posters that said stuff like, “Bye Bye Bacon, you have a lot to eat.”

There was a 100-year old brick wall. I know how old it is because there is a little sign on it that says the following: “Please do not write on our 100-year old brick walls. It was pretty loud and busy, but it didn’t take too long to get a seat or our food.

My aunt and I shared the corned beef sandwich, which came with fries and a pickle. It had a lot of meat on it and it was kind-of juicy. It had cabbage on it, but I didn’t notice it. It was on rye bread that was toasted and perfectly buttered. The cheese might have been Muenster, but I don’t know. I loved it!

The fries were on the outside crispy and on the inside soft.

I recommend Geraldine’s Counter. Next time I go, I’ll get the Corned Beef Sandwich again.

BREAKFAST SERVEDALL DAY!
