I went to the Thanh Son Bakery with my dad and my two cousins. It’s a tofu bakery. It’s in Little Saigon, or the East part of the International District on King Street. It has a beautiful wood ceiling inside it. We went for lunch, but we only sat down while we waited for the Bánh Mì we ordered. It was big and kind-of busy and pretty loud. It smelled good and it was exciting. The people were nice.
We got sweet and salty, coconut covered Xôi Ba Màu. It was delicious! We also got Bánh Mì and onion noodle tofu. The onion noodle tofu was DELICIOUS! It is tofu with onions and noodles in it.
The Bánh Mì was okay but it was not my favorite. I’m not quite sure why. I would definitely recommend the Thanh Son Bakery for tofu.
